If you wish to connect Renpho Health with Apple Health, the process is simple:

1. After installing the Renpho Health App and successfully logging in for the first time, a pop-up will prompt you to allow Renpho Health access to your health data. Simply tap "Allow" in the upper right corner.
2. Open Apple Health, navigate to your profile settings, then select "Apps" followed by "Renpho Health". From there, enable all categories by tapping "Turn All Categories On".
3. Once authorized, your body fat percentage, BMI, and lean body mass will be seamlessly synchronized with Apple Health.
