- After installing the Renpho Health App and successfully logging in for the first time, a pop-up will prompt you to allow Renpho Health access to your health data. Simply tap "Allow" in the upper right corner.
- Open Apple Health, navigate to your profile settings, then select "Apps" followed by "Renpho Health". From there, enable all categories by tapping "Turn All Categories On".
- Once authorized, your body fat percentage, BMI, and lean body mass will be seamlessly synchronized with Apple Health.
